Rules & Regulations
Membership Fee
- Current membership fee is $29USD per person.
- Membership is issued per individual.
- All membership fees are due on the 1st of every month. A 2 day grace period will
be allowed. If dues payment is not received by the 3rd of the month by 6PM,
your membership will be terminated and all pending rebate payments will be
forfeited.
- Currently, membership dues can be paid via Master Card, Visa, American
Express, Discover, Card Blanche, Money Order or personal check.
- Membership dues will be automatically be collected for members paying with credit
card on the first of every month unless written notification of cancelation is
received by this office. Members paying with check or money order wil need to
have payment in our office by the 1st of each month.

- A $35.00 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Reservations
- All individual air, car and hotel reservations are to be made via the All-Star Travel
Club's reservation website. (xxxxxxxxx) If your reservation involves a
combination of air, hotel or car, please call one of our full time travel agents to
see if we can secure a lower price. Many times we can save you money when
we book air, car and hotels as a package.

- Only air reservations carry a mandatory $2.00 per ticket fee. This fee is assessed by
the computer reservation system and is not a fee assessed by The All-Star
Travel Club. This fee will be charged at the time of ticketing. All other
reservations do not require any fees. Ticketing fee for non-club members is
$35.00 per ticket and again, will be charged at the time of ticketing.
- Please double check for accuracy and read all rules when making air, hotel and car
reservations. Most reservations have strict rules and assess fees for canceling
or changing. These fees can be substantial. All-Star Cruises & Travel, Inc. will
not be responsible for booking errors made by club members.
- All cruise, tour & insurance reservations must be made by calling our office and
speaking with one of our full time travel agents.

- Most travel vendors (cruise lines and tour companies) have made brochures
available via the internet. If you are unable to access these brochures on line,
we will be happy to mail you a brochure via US Mail at a minimal charge.
Postage fee will be charged to your credit card on file on the day the brochure is
mailed.
- Most all travel vendors have converted to e-documents. This means our travel club
members can now print their own travel documents. If you opt for paper
documents, they will be mailed to you with a minimal postage fee. Postage fee
will be charged to your credit card on the day the travel documents are mailed.
Rebate Payments
- Rebates will be mailed when received by our travel vendors. Usually, this is within
30 days of the return home from your vacation. Some car and hotel vendors take
between 45 and 60 days before monies are received.
- Rebate will be made via corporate check and mailed to the club members address
on record.
- Rebates checks will be made payable only to the name on your membership record.
No exceptions!
- To receive rebates, members must be in "active" status from the beginning of a
reservation until rebate is received after the trip. If for any reason the
member fees are not current, all pending rebate payments will be forfeited.
- Rebate payments are paid only on reservations that have paid a commission to the office.
Dream Vacations
- Our Travel Vendors will make available "Dream Vacation" booking opportunity once per
month. This offer will be made available on the 15th of each month. It is
important to understand that our travel vendors offering these "Dream Vacations"
will only offer a limited number of seats. In most cases, we have negotiated
special discounted fares, added perks to an itinerary or special upgrades from
regularly offered itineraries.
- Reservations for "Dream Vacations" will open at 8:00AM on the 15th of each month.
- "Dream Vacations" are on a first come / first served basis. When the seats are gone...they are gone! We do recommend acting quickly.
General Information
- I am granting permission to All-Star Cruises & Travel, Inc. d.b.a. The All-Star Travel
Club to charge my credit card in the amount of $29 per month for my
membership in this Travel Club.
- I understand l am responsible for all fees in regards to canceling or changing
reservations.
- I understand that The All-Star Travel Club and its parent company All-Star Cruises &
Travel, Inc. is a booking agency and is not responsible for injury or damages
while traveling.
- I acknowledge that travel insurance has been highly recommended by All-Star
Cruises & Travel, Inc. d.b.a. The All-Star Travel Club.
